Students at Will Rogers Elementary are hitting the road every Friday as part of a recent initiative called "Wildcats on Wheels." The program encourages students to ride their bikes to school in a healthy, eco-friendly commute, promoting physical fitness and sustainability.
Every Friday, students gather at designated "bike bus" stops, cycling together in supervised groups to school. The initiative has quickly gained popularity among students, parents, and staff, who are excited about its positive impact on student wellness and the environment.
"Wildcats on Wheels" is inspired by similar bike bus programs across the country, which fosters community and physical activity among young riders.
